For almost two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people develop the kind of confidence that transforms both their professional and their personal lives. Not surface-level confidence, but the deep self-awareness and self-trust that enables people to speak up, take initiative, and step fully into the most powerful version of themselves.
Since founding Absolute Confidence in 2008, I’ve helped thousands of individuals strengthen their self-trust, communicate more effectively, and embrace their authentic strengths. My work has always been about helping people move beyond self-doubt so they can contribute more fully, lead more confidently, and create lives that feel aligned and meaningful.
At the heart of everything I do is my strong belief: when people trust themselves, everything changes.
My Journey
My path into confidence and leadership development began long before I formally stepped into coaching and facilitation. Early in my career, I launched SpeedyBikeGirls.com, an international community I created in 2001 to empower women through motorcycling —the first movement of its kind at the time. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a widely recognized platform, earning media attention across television, radio, and print.
I later founded High Heel Appeal, a groundbreaking confidence-building program that combined self-expression, empowerment, and personal development. The program gained national attention and was featured on the television show Dragons' Den, bringing the message of confidence and self-expression to a wider audience.
These early ventures reinforced something I continue to see throughout my work today: when people feel confident in who they are, they show up differently. They take initiative, communicate more clearly, and step into opportunities they may have previously held back from.
Professional Experience
I bring more than two decades of experience facilitating workshops, delivering transformational learning experiences, and helping individuals and teams develop the self-awareness, self-respect, confidence, communication, assertiveness, and presence required to grow and lead effectively.
My background is rooted in entrepreneurship, coaching, and experiential learning. Through my work, I’ve helped people strengthen self-trust, communicate more confidently, and step into greater levels of responsibility and leadership in both their personal and professional lives.
I’m known for bringing high energy, infectious enthusiasm, authenticity, warmth and a people-first approach to my work. Whether facilitating a workshop, training a team, coaching an individual, or speaking to a room full of professionals, my goal is always the same: to create an environment where people feel safe to grow, confident to contribute, and empowered to step into their full potential.
Beyond the Boardroom
I live what I teach. Adventure fuels my creativity, passion, and joy for life. I’m an adrenaline-loving nature enthusiast who believes that life is meant to be lived boldly, joyfully, and unapologetically.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m outdoors — riding motorcycles, paragliding, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, biking, rollerblading, or dancing with fire poi. I also run a fun side business as a professional fire dancer, performing at hundreds of events since 2010. Fire dancing perfectly blends my love of movement, artistry, and adrenaline,

When I’m not chasing adventures, I recharge through meditation, yoga, improv, music, and tending to my ever-growing collection of tropical plants.
No matter where I am —on stage, facilitating a workshop, coaching a client, or hiking up a mountain —I bring the same energy, authenticity, and enthusiasm for life.
