Suzanne’s path into confidence and leadership development began long before she formally stepped into coaching, training and facilitation.

​

Early in her career, she founded SpeedyBikeGirls, launching both the first sport bike motorcycle club for women in Vancouver and what quickly became the world’s first online platform dedicated to women in sport biking.

What began as a passion project rapidly evolved into a global movement. The SpeedyBikeGirls community grew to thousands of members worldwide, supported by a highly engaged online forum and a distinctive brand that sold a wide range of products that included apparel, accessories and branded merchandise.

Building on this momentum, Suzanne went on to conceptualize and produce Feminine Adrenaline, a groundbreaking fashion show that fused high-performance sport bikes with couture fashion, swimwear, and lingerie.

The event quickly became one of the most sought-after showcases of its kind, running annually for four consecutive years. Each show sold out in advance, attracted extensive media coverage, and secured dozens of sponsors,

establishing Suzanne as an innovative event producer known for creating bold, experiential platforms that captured attention and challenged convention

As SpeedyBikeGirls continued to grow, Suzanne was invited to speak at trade shows, industry events, and conferences, on TV shows, expanding the reach of the brand and its mission to empower women through confidence, self-expression and community.

​

What began as a niche idea became an internationally recognized platform, earning widespread media attention across television, radio, and print, and reinforcing a principle that continues to shape Suzanne’s work today:

— make clearer, more aligned decisions, taking bold action, and stepping into both their lives and their work with clarity, direction, and conviction.

 

Following her years working in marketing, promotions, and live events, Suzanne went on to found

Absolute Confidence and later High Heel Appeal — a bold and unconventional confidence-building program that blended self-expression, personal presence, and empowerment.

​

What made the program unique was its experiential approach. Suzanne helped participants build confidence not just mentally, but physically through movement, posture, and presence , creating powerful, visible shifts in how they showed up.

​

Her programs were delivered through workshops, private coaching, and corporate sessions, throughout B.C. and Washington State, quickly gaining a reputation for being both transformative and highly engaging.

 

As demand for the program grew beyond in-person sessions, Suzanne pioneered a video-based learning solution, creating and launching the world’s first instructional DVD of its kind. The program was distributed globally, making her work accessible to both women and men who were unable to attend in person. 

​

She also formed strategic partnerships, including sponsorship from John Fluevog, further expanding the reach and production quality of the program. High Heel Appeal gained national attention and was featured on Dragons' Den, along with extensive media coverage across television, radio, and print.

 

Across these ventures, a clear pattern emerged:

Suzanne has consistently been ahead of the curve —creating movements, building communities, and designing experiences that empower people to step forward, be seen, and express themselves with confidence.

That same pattern continues to shape her work today.

 

Professional Experience

Suzanne brings more than two decades of experience facilitating workshops, delivering transformational, experiential learning experiences, and helping individuals and teams develop the confidence, communication skills, self-awareness, and leadership presence required to grow and lead effectively.

​

Her background is rooted in entrepreneurship, coaching, and experiential learning. Through her work, she has helped people strengthen self-trust, communicate with clarity, and step into greater levels of responsibility and leadership.

She is known for her high energy, authenticity, warmth and people-first approach.

​

Whether facilitating a workshop, training a team, coaching an individual, or speaking to a room full of professionals, Suzanne’s goal is always the same: to create an environment where people feel safe to grow, confident to contribute, and empowered to speak up and step into their full potential.

 

Beyond the Boardroom

 Suzanne lives the same philosophy she teaches.

She has built a life rooted in courage, curiosity, and experience —consistently choosing growth over comfort and stepping toward what most people avoid.

From racing motorcycles and paragliding off mountains, to zip-lining through jungles, diving deep beneath the ocean’s surface, and traveling the world, she has spent her life moving toward challenge, not away from it.

Adventure fuels her creativity, energy, and joy for life. She is an adrenaline-loving nature enthusiast who believes life is meant to be lived boldly, fully, and unapologetically.

These experiences aren’t just adventures, they are the foundation of her work. They’ve shaped her ability to navigate fear, trust herself under pressure, and show up with confidence in unfamiliar, high-stakes environments.

Because for Suzanne, confidence isn’t just something she teaches —it’s something she lives daily.

Outside of her work, Suzanne can be found riding motorcycles, paragliding, surfing, scuba diving, kayakking, skiing, hiking, biking, rollerblading, or dancing with fire poi.

​

She also runs a side business as a professional fire dancer  FireDancingGirl  performing at events since 2010.

Blending movement, artistry, and adrenaline into captivating performances that transform fear into excitement and leave audiences mesmerized.

​

When she’s not chasing adventure, she recharges through meditation, yoga, improv, music, and tending to her ever-growing collection of tropical plants.

  

No matter the setting — on stage, in a workshop, coaching a client, or exploring the outdoors, Suzanne brings the same energy, authenticity, joy and enthusiasm for life.
