I’ve dedicated my career to helping people discover who they truly are, what they truly want, and build authentic confidence, and create lives they love, that are filled with purpose and joy.
Since launching Absolute Confidence in 2008, I’ve empowered thousands of people to trust themselves, respect themselves, communicate with confidence, and embrace their authentic selves.
My mission has always been to help others live more boldly, love themselves more deeply, and lead with
self-trust, self-respect and authenticity, in every part of their lives.
My Journey
Before becoming a Confidence and Leadership Coach, I built a very diverse and exciting career that taught me the importance of confidence, adaptability, and self-respect.
I’ve appeared on numerous television and radio shows and have been featured in several publications for my early success with my first passion project, SpeedyBikeGirls.com — a movement I launched in 2001 to empower women through motorcycling, the very first one of its kind in the world.
I later founded High Heel Appeal, the first of it's kind, a class and the worlds first instructional DVD and a confidence-building brand featured on CBC’s Dragons’ Den, combining empowerment, self-expression, and personal development in a unique way.
Professional Experience
I bring two decades of experience leading workshops, coordinating large-scale events, and managing high-performing teams, including supervising 28 field staff across four provinces for national retail activations in major brands such as Best Buy and Home Depot.
My background blends the creativity and agility of entrepreneurship with the structure and professionalism of corporate HR and Learning & Development.
Known for my infectious enthusiasm, strong leadership, and people-first mindset, I bring warmth, confidence, and a deep commitment to excellence in everything I do. Whether I’m training a team, facilitating a workshop, or speaking on stage, I lead with authenticity, self-respect, and passion — and inspire others to do the same.
Beyond the Boardroom
I live what I teach. Adventure fuels my creativity, passion, and joy for life. I’m an adrenaline-loving nature enthusiast who believes that life is meant to be lived boldly, joyfully, and unapologetically.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m outdoors — riding motorcycles, paragliding, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, biking, rollerblading, or dancing with fire poi. I also run a fun side business as a professional fire dancer, performing at hundreds of events since 2010. Fire dancing perfectly blends my love of movement, artistry, and adrenaline,

When I’m not chasing adventures, I recharge through meditation, yoga, improv, music, and tending to my
ever-growing collection of tropical plants.
No matter where I am, on stage, in a coaching session, or hiking up a mountain — I bring the same energy, authenticity, and enthusiasm for life!
